The conference will be held at Hotel Corum in Karpacz, a mountain resort in Karkonosze National Park.

There are two ways to get there that we would recommend:

Driving:

If you live in Germany, Czech Rep. or Austria you may consider driving to Karpacz. It is only one-hour drive from the German motorway system, two-hour drive from Dresden, three-hour drive from Berlin and six-hour drive from Munich.

Once you are in Karpacz the hotel is easy to find; see an online map (external link).

Flying:

You need to land in Wroclaw. There is a small international airport here, with daily flights to Frankfurt, Munich, Copenhagen and Köln.

There are also 6 flights a day to Warsaw. The trip takes 40 minutes.

Wroclaw – Karpacz

There will be two conference buses from Wroclaw to Karpacz on Sunday, Sep. 19, a bus from Karpacz to Wroclaw on Friday, Sep. 24, and, if needed, another one on Saturday, Sep. 25. Their departure times will be set to please all the participants. Use the registration page to tell us about your constraints.
