The regular fee is 440 € and covers:

• attendance, proceedings, coffee breaks, welcome reception and the conference dinner
• accommodation (5 nights, from Sep. 19 to Sep. 24, single room in the conference hotel, which claims to be  *** )
• full board (5 lunches, welcome dinner on Sep. 19, social dinner on Sep. 23, dinners on Sep. 21 and 22)
• conference bus from Wroclaw (Sep. 19) and to Wroclaw (Sep. 24)
• half-day excursion to Karkonoski National Park (Sep. 22 afternoon)
• short excursion to the Wang Chapel (Sep. 20 afternoon)
• 1 year membership in EACSL

Student fee is 300 € and covers the same services as the regular fee, with the only exception that those choosing to pay this reduced fee, will stay in double rooms.

Accompanying persons fee is 250 € and does not cover attendance, proceedings, coffee breaks and EACSL membership.

Method of Payment

The only method of payment is bank transfer (free of charge for the beneficiary) to the account:

Make sure your name appears on the bank transfer.

Registrations after August 5 will be considered late. The regular fee will be 550 €, and the students fee 400 €, in case of late registration.

Cancellation must be made in writing (letter or fax) before August 15, 2004. No fees will be refunded after this date. A processing fee of 100 € will be deducted from all refunds.
